The Restorative Justice Program developed in collaboration with Job Opportunities and Youth (J.O.Y.), leverages restorative practices to guide young individuals towards a path of positive development. This innovative program aims to imbue youth with core values and principles to significantly diminish the prospects of engaging in delinquent behavior. Through a structured framework, participants are introduced to the concept of creative expression and goal-setting to serve as tools for personal growth and achievement. These methods provide positive reinforcement to work towards a successful future.
